I graduated from University of Maine at Fort Kent with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and from Husson University with a Master’s Degree In Nursing. I was the first Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to practice in Northern Maine serving a rural community through the National Health Service Corps. I have been teaching for University of Maine at Fort Kent since 2003. I have worked at Acadia Hospital in various capacities including patient care and leadership roles mentoring others. I have received awards of distinguished alumni at University of Maine at Fort Kent and Nursing Excellence at The Acadia Hospital. I love being a nurse and being part of patient’s growth every day!
